Key Responsibilities
• Execute and lead maintenance projects effectively
• Coach and develop team members through feedback
• Approve employee overtime and manage schedules
• Conduct shift handover meetings with project updates
• Perform workplace inspections to ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Drive efficiency and safety in your role as a Maintenance Supervisor at Give & Go.
