The business is seeking a Head of Finance. This role reports directly into a fractional CFO, offering huge exposure and development opportunities in a critical role for the team. It's a brand new role in a buy and build strategy, where you will own all core reporting and visibility across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

FP+A

  • Building out finance models, cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis for decision making
  • Develop insights to understand profitability, revenue trends, and cost structures to drive decision making and enhancements
  • Support annual and quarterly budgeting processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance company performance

Reporting + Accounting

  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports
  • Track and report on SaaS and financial metrics
  • Revenue Recognition, cash flow management, reconciliations
  • Intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, payroll, AP, AR.
  • Quarterly reporting for board meetings
  • Oversee audits, tax, payroll and insurance

Operational + M&A

  • Support M&A transaction work (due diligence, modelling, integrations)
  • Integrate FP+A of new assets
  • Support the build out of internal accounting processes, driving efficiency
