Key Responsibilities
• Execute preventive maintenance and general building tasks
• Oversee internal service requests and external contractor work
• Uphold safety procedures while using appropriate PPE
• Generate quality outcomes aligned with set standards
• Collaborate on special projects when requested
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in utility and maintenance services
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems
• Experience with vendor management and service contracts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
