Key Responsibilities
• Monitor all construction work for contractual compliance
• Draft documentation for non-conformance issues
• Conduct site inspections, capturing activity records
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports
• Communicate and document project needs and changes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Construction Management or similar role
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred
• Certification in a relevant specialty area
• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office
