Key Responsibilities
• Supervise program implementation and deliver innovative solutions
• Coordinate initiatives with MCFD and community partners
• Manage team performance and resolve conflicts constructively
• Utilize strong communication skills for effective team interaction
• Conduct team training and orient new personnel
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or related area
• 3-5 years of experience in health management
• Knowledge of complex behaviours and trauma-informed practices
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and Indigenous practices
