Fix Network seeks a Claims Manager with three to five years handling automotive glass or insurance claims. You will manage claims from receipt through resolution, following company policies, insurer requirements, Québec regulations, and AMF licensing requirements. The position combines claims adjudication, customer communication, documentation review, and operational follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage automotive glass claims from receipt through resolution
- Review invoices, vehicle details, parts, labour, and documentation
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and repair facilities
- Resolve exceptions, billing discrepancies, and documentation deficiencies
- Maintain claim records and monitor timely processing
Requirements:
- Valid Insurance Adjuster License
- Three to five years handling relevant claims
- Mandatory French and English bilingualism
- Knowledge of automotive glass repair and replacement procedures
- Claims systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
