  • Tailor strategies across each project phase: call for submissions, artist selection, public voting, winner announcement, competition preparation and the live broadcast.
  • Maintain consistent messaging, content, calls to action and timelines across all touchpoints.

Website and Voting Platform

  • Define the content and engagement strategy for Radio-Canada’s Eurovision website.
  • Plan required content and features for the public voting window (October 8-18).
  • Help draft the request for proposals (RFP) for the digital voting solution.
  • Collaborate on selecting, implementing, testing and launching the voting platform.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning editorial, marketing, product, technology, data, security and legal.
  • Maintain a fast, reliable flow of information regarding submissions, artists, announcements and results.
  • Manage tracking and conversion requirements to activate website and platform audience data.
  • Oversee data synchronization between collection platforms and audience activation systems in collaboration with technical specialists.

Data and Relationship Marketing

  • Work with the CRM team to engage and re-engage audiences via newsletters, push notifications and targeted communications aligned with the project’s relationship marketing strategy.

Social Media and Content

  • Develop the overarching French-language social media strategy for the project.
  • Establish editorial guidelines, content formats, publication schedules and engagement tactics.
  • Plan promotional content designed to expand reach, drive participation and boost live viewership.
  • Co-ordinate content production across TV, audio and digital teams.
  • Map out content needs for each phase: artist reveals, behind-the-scenes access, voting guides, community outreach, result announcements and final preparations.
  • Ensure Radio-Canada and CBC content complement each other seamlessly.
  • Identify opportunities to adapt, share or co-produce content with CBC and the EBU.

Content Creators and Influencers
