Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across the Produce Department
- Maintain freshness, rotation, quality, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, shrink, and profitability
- Coach and develop team members through training
- Create displays that inspire customers and maximize sales
Requirements:
- Produce leadership experience in grocery or specialty retail
- Knowledge of produce handling, merchandising, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work in physically active environments
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
