Become a Lead Software Engineer in NXP's R&D team, where you'll craft exceptional C/C++ embedded software critical for next-generation microcontrollers and networking IP. This role will impact a variety of advanced technologies across multiple industries.
As a lead in this position, you will utilize over a decade of experience to design sophisticated pre-silicon verification software for Ethernet applications. You will interface with various engineering teams to enhance project outcomes and ensure scalable and portable software architectures. The ability to think innovatively is crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities
• Create C/C++ software for Ethernet networking features
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality IP solutions
• Analyze trade-offs in performance and complexity
• Continuously improve design methodologies
• Tackle complex problems creatively and effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant software design experience
• Strong expertise in C/C++ and embedded software
• Solid understanding of computer architecture
• Desirable experience with networking protocols and FPGA Use your leadership and technical skills to drive innovation in software solutions at NXP.
