Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations efficiently
• Develop SOPs and enforce quality standards
• Coordinate staffing and project management
• Train and mentor lab personnel diligently
• Conduct and supervise compliance audits and safety training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in a laboratory environment
• Proficiency in HPLC and LC-MS/MS testing
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills Ensure the smooth operation and compliance of the laboratory, contributing to Stratum Analytical's excellence.
