Key Responsibilities
• Own escalated Total Rewards cases from assessment to resolution
• Manage job-protected leave and disability cases across jurisdictions
• Provide market benchmarking and compensation analysis
• Drive the Canadian wellness strategy using data insights
• Analyze benefits trends for support and governance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of Total Rewards or HR experience
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS tools like Workday
• Strong analytical and communication skills
