Apply scientific literacy and territory strategy as GSK’s field-based Therapeutic Specialist, GI Oncology, covering Western Canada. Use data and analytics to shape customer engagement.
This specialist role supports appropriate patient access to GSK GI Oncology medicines. You will understand oncology pathways, cancer centres, hospital systems, strategic accounts, and funding environments. Success requires commercial acumen, scientific communication, and disciplined business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic territory plans with measurable objectives and customer priorities
- Own sales targets and prioritize customers using data analytics
- Engage healthcare professionals in compliant scientific discussions
- Coordinate account plans across Sales, Medical, and Market Access
- Monitor competitors and translate insights into territory actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant oncology, specialty medicine, or hospital-market experience
- Success delivering commercial objectives and strategic customer relationships
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn digital platforms
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel domestically
