The Testing Team builds and evolves Aduna’s internal quality engineering platforms that ensure correctness, performance, and resilience across the API ecosystem and CSP integrations. The team delivers shared test automation frameworks, tools, and automated pipelines that enable teams enforce quality standards consistently, and ship with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Innovate: Design and implement Java Spring Boot microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs for internal test frameworks and automated quality tooling with clear contracts, versioning, and scalable architecture.
• Deliver End-to-End Features: Design and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) and develop React-based UIs for internal test tools, dashboards, and configuration interfaces with routing, state management, and automated tests.
• Enable Quality Engineering: Contribute to the evolution of shared testing platforms that support shift-left testing, API contract validation, and cross-service integration testing. Define standards for reliability, performance, and security.
• Automate & Optimize: Build and maintain CI/CD deployments and automated test pipelines, collaborate on containerization and infrastructure-as-code, and improve observability to ensure test results are repeatable, measurable, and actionable.

What You Bring

• Full-Stack Expertise with Quality on Focus: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, strong TypeScript/React skills, and solid backend expertise in Java/Spring Boot, ideally within test, platform, or developer enablement teams.
• Test Framework & Platform Engineering: Experience designing and maintaining internal test frameworks or tooling that validate API contracts, integration behavior, and system resilience at scale.
• Data & Metrics Mindset: Strong database modeling and optimization skills (SQL/NoSQL), with an ability to use metrics and test data.
• CI/CD & Automation Excellence: Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, and automated testing (unit, integration, and end‑to‑end), with a focus on reliability and fast feedback loops.

Bonus: Knowledge of SRE practices, test observability, or large-scale test farm operations.
