Embrace a full-time role as an IT Field Services Analyst with Go Auto, one of Canada’s largest automotive dealership groups. Provide exceptional technical support and thrive in a collaborative environment. As a key member of the Information Technology department, you will deliver hands-on onsite support across Go Auto dealerships. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, coordinating with teams and vendors, and maintaining an efficient ticketing system. Your commitment to excellent customer service and problem-solving will be vital in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional onsite IT support across locations
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment
• Coordinate work with dealership contacts and vendors
• Document resolutions and asset changes in the system
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
• Strong customer service and onsite troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Online
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ preferred
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals
