Key Responsibilities
• Deliver expert labour relations advice to HSAA members
• Facilitate and lead workshops for stewards
• Assist in arbitration and grievance hearings
• Support collective bargaining initiatives
• Travel across Alberta as required for duties
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ experience in Labour Relations field
• University degree with specialized employment law training
• Proven ability to interpret agreements and resolve conflicts
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Strong understanding of public healthcare principles Utilize your negotiation skills and advocacy knowledge to support HSAA's members and mission.
