About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of their cryptocurrency and blockchain-related products. This is a fully remote position where you will own the product roadmap, define features, and work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver market-leading solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and ensuring our products meet the evolving demands of the blockchain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-related products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning and execution in an agile environment.
- Launch new products and features, monitor their performance, and iterate based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful technology products.
- Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.
