Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise store staff and daily activities
• Ensure high merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Conduct cash management and store closing operations
• Facilitate employee training and participation in inventory
• Address and resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in retail
• 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Open availability for shifts including nights and weekends
