Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall operation of resident care services
• Ensure compliance with provincial health standards
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of care practices
• Review incident reports and develop corrective actions
• Promote teamwork and respect for diversity
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
• 5 years in a leadership role with strong management skills
• Knowledge of Alberta's Continuing Care legislation
• Experience caring for residents with dementia
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Lead a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional care at AgeCare Riverview.
