Become a vital member of Arctos & Bird as a Human Resources Generalist in Banff National Park. You will enhance employee experiences while supporting a positive, values-based company culture. In this role, you will be integral to our Administration team, assisting multiple businesses including Wild Flour Artisan Bakery, Little Wild Coffee & Gelato, and Juniper Hotel & Bistro. Your background in HR will help you thrive in a dynamic environment while managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You'll guide managers through HR policies and ensure an engaging employee experience throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings and interviews
• Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth integration
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations
• Organize team events and communication initiatives
• Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR or related field preferred
• Minimum two years HR experience in a Generalist role
• Knowledge of employment law and health standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software Leverage your HR expertise at Arctos & Bird to create an inspiring culture in beautiful Banff.
