Lead night-shift operations in Concord with hands-on people leadership, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement at a healthcare distribution centre.
Kohl & Frisch Limited seeks an Operations Manager for its Keele Distribution Centre. This permanent full-time role oversees high-volume distribution operations while developing frontline leaders and strengthening accountability. You will coordinate performance, resources, safety, quality, and operational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-shift productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer service
- Manage labour planning, schedules, staffing, budgets, and operational resources
- Develop and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline employees
- Implement process improvements, technologies, and operational initiatives
Requirements:
- Seven to ten years’ distribution, warehousing, or logistics experience
- Supervisory or management experience leading teams
- Experience with operational improvements and change implementation
- Knowledge of KPIs, labour planning, budgets, and productivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
