Lead aerospace supplier performance at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, with responsibility for cost, quality, delivery, and supplier development.
The Value Stream Manager oversees assigned supplier portfolios and ensures commodity delivery commitments remain on schedule. This exclusively on-site, Monday-to-Friday position supports strategic sourcing, supplier quality, standard work, KPIs, and operational methodologies. You will lead Account Specialists and Account Managers while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier contracts and corrective actions for non-compliant performance
- Develop supplier partnerships and reduce purchased-material costs
- Manage supplier capacity and delivery requirements
- Lead Account Specialists and Account Managers toward commitment dates
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, procurement, commerce, engineering, or related field
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing direct and indirect resources
- Strong communication, leadership, business, and strategic skills
- Very good English for technical documentation and international communication
