Build web applications in Calgary with C#, .NET, Node, TypeScript, React, or SQL while learning alongside experienced developers in office.
PRI seeks a Junior Software Developer who recently graduated or is early in their career. You will build internal business systems and technical tools for engineering and environmental practices. The work spans databases, APIs, user interfaces, Azure deployment, testing, and production support. You will work with real users, use Git and pull requests, and incorporate AI coding assistants while understanding and testing their output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and ship features across internal web applications
- Maintain integrations with enterprise systems through APIs
- Deploy and operate applications across Azure environments
- Understand user needs and iterate on feedback
- Support production applications and triage bugs
Requirements:
- Recent degree or diploma in computer science or related field
- Demonstrated modern web application development experience
- Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, databases, and Git
- Comfort using and testing AI coding assistants
- Clear communication and willingness to learn quickly
Grow as a full-stack developer while delivering tested software, Azure applications, and practical tools for PRI colleagues.
