Lead the development of innovative compensation strategies with Green Infrastructure Partners as their Senior Compensation Analyst. Your expertise will drive pay programs that align with the organization’s mission.
This influential role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and focuses on overseeing the compensation landscape of the organization. As a Senior Analyst, you will oversee annual compensation cycles, conduct market benchmarking, and analyze data trends to inform leadership. Your skills in pay equity will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and administer base pay and incentive programs
• Lead annual compensation planning and budget alignment
• Analyze market trends for strategic insights
• Conduct internal equity audits and risk assessments
• Ensure data integrity with Payroll and HRIS teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5-7 years compensation experience in complex settings
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills
• CCP designation or progress preferred
• Ability to influence and advise leadership effectively Bring your analytical and strategic insights to support a fair compensation culture at GIP.
