Edge Transportation Services Ltd. specializes in flat deck, heavy haul, over-dimensional, full truckload, less-than-truckload, and drayage services. Qualified drivers can pursue truck ownership through the PowerLease Program. The work involves established freight, including containers moved between warehouses, rail terminals, ocean ports, harbors, and storage facilities. This open dispatch role operates coast to coast for drivers with required highway and flat or step deck experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport flat deck, heavy haul, and over-dimensional freight
- Move freight containers between terminals, ports, and facilities
- Run open dispatch routes coast to coast
- Support secure and efficient freight transportation
- Operate assigned trucks for established freight
Requirements:
- Class 1A Driver’s License
- Minimum two years of highway driving experience
- One year of flat or step deck experience
- Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions
- Pass criminal record check and drug screening
