Lead banking teams in Calgary with TD Canada Trust, using coaching and customer experience skills in an onsite, full-time trainee position.
As an Assistant Branch Manager Trainee, you will guide employees toward operational excellence and personal development. You will support investment and unsecured credit compliance transactions, complex activities, financial advice, and customer goals. The position serves Personal and Commercial Banking through branch leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investment and unsecured credit compliance activities
- Coach staff on resolving customer complaints effectively
- Resolve operational and high-risk issues within policies
- Mentor teams on advice-giving and customer experience
- Maintain scheduling, processes, feedback, and performance activities
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or over four years relevant experience
- Completion of BCO and IFIC or CSC Course
- Knowledge of team, process, and risk management
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
- Mobility within the assigned district, including Three Hills
