Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR with operational goals
• Coach supervisors on performance management and employee relations
• Execute HR initiatives to mitigate turnover and engagement risks
• Lead change management communication across the site
• Manage compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 3-7 years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices
• Effective communication and influence capabilities
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Leverage your HR skills to drive engagement and quality at Latham in Kingston.
