Lead commercial landscaping, snow management, and branch performance in Ottawa–Gatineau while managing teams, budgets, and client service.
Strathmore Landscape Management seeks a Branch Manager for full-time, permanent leadership across Ottawa–Gatineau operations. You will oversee landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow and ice management, financial results, operational KPIs, and client relationships. The role reports to the Vice-President, Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgets, profitability, P&L results, and operational KPIs
- Execute branch business plans with leadership
- Plan seasonal staffing, training, equipment, and service readiness
- Coach teams and set clear performance expectations
- Resolve client concerns and support contract retention
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operating costs
- Understanding of seasonal operations and workforce planning
- Strong coaching, communication, and client relationship skills
- English and French communication skills, plus valid driver’s licence
