Lead manufacturing performance at Mondeléz International’s Gladstone site through line leadership, technical mastery, and daily production execution on a 12-hour continental shift.
This first managerial role oversees operators and one key manufacturing line. You will connect safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets with individual performance goals. The position also develops people, manages budgets, controls costs, and supports workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operators toward daily production goals
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities for one brand
- Break section targets into line and unit targets
- Develop budgets and manage cost control
- Build teams and sustain manufacturing performance
Requirements:
- One to five years in food manufacturing or similar
- Bachelor’s degree or related education
- Strong leadership and cross-collaborative team skills
- Knowledge of people management and conflict resolution
- Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is an asset
