Shape workforce planning and talent strategy as SYSTRA Canada’s People and Performance Manager, supporting a hybrid LRT Alliance environment.
This strategic HR Business Partner advises the Project Director of Design Integration and leadership team. The position aligns people strategies, resource planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness with project delivery. It supports a collaborative Alliance culture across three engineering partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Design Integration leadership on people and talent priorities
- Lead workforce planning aligned with Alliance Resource Plan
- Coordinate recruitment, mobilization, onboarding, and workforce transitions
- Facilitate performance reviews, development planning, and leader coaching
- Analyze workforce metrics and recommend organizational improvements
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in human resources or related field
- At least eight years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change
- Experience leading and developing HR or People teams
- Mandatory presence in the Hamilton Project Office
