Lead fashion retail operations with inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention expertise. Oversee store standards while supporting consistent sales performance.
As Retail Store Manager, you oversee operations, merchandising, and customer service while developing store staff. The role includes stock control, store presentation, opening and closing procedures, and policy implementation. Fashion retail experience and passion for retail are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal inventory management and stock control
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize sales
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Three or more years of retail management experience
- Experience in fashion retail
- Deep passion for retail and fashion
- Strong business acumen and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree preferred
