Embark on an exciting journey as a Software Engineer Intern with Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions in Calgary. Work closely with experts in aerospace and defense, focusing on GNSS technology.
This opportunity is perfect for students enrolled in Electrical, Software, or Geomatics Engineering, ready to contribute to impactful projects at Hexagon. You will work from May 3, 2027 to May 2, 2028, developing your software skills through design, testing, and problem-solving tasks. You will also have the chance to participate in collaborative code reviews and improve your understanding of software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and document software verification methods
• Create software tools using C++, Python, and MATLAB
• Implement automatic testing procedures
• Diagnose and remedy software test failures
• Engage in GNSS software development
Requirements:
• Must be in an Engineering Internship/Co-op program
• At least 2nd or 3rd year completed
• Willing to commit to a 12-month term
• Excellent verbal and written communication
