Entry Level Desktop Support / Admin / Engineer
Contract role. Duration: 6 months C2H / 6 months contract. Location: Maritime Region (Halifax, NS / New Brunswick / Prince Edward Island). Start Date: July.
Fresher / Jr Support with decent skill or knowledge about desktop support.
Responsibilities:
- Daily support, troubleshooting, identifying and resolving co‑workers desktop and mobile technology challenges.
- Configuration, installation, and implementation of office technology infrastructure as needed.
- Work in a trouble ticket system.
- Desire to learn other tools as needed.
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
