• Lead plant operations to maximize productivity and quality
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with regulations
• Oversee operating expenses in line with budget goals
• Drive capital projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
Requirements:
• 7+ years in manufacturing; 5+ in management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficiency in Lean and analytical tools for improvement Utilize your management experience to enhance operational practices and ensure product excellence.
