Provide emergency medical services as a Primary Care Paramedic with Shamrock, supporting patients across Wadena, Wynyard, Foam Lake, and Rose Valley.
Medavie Health Services West operates Shamrock's emergency and medical services in Saskatchewan. This permanent position requires registered PCP credentials and clinical responsibilities aligned with national competencies, provincial registration, and organizational protocols. You will deliver care, transport individuals, and maintain ambulance readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical care independently according to applicable protocols
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency transportation needs
- Perform safe inter-facility transfers
- Maintain ambulances for patient and public safety
- Operate related equipment according to patient needs
Requirements:
- Registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
- Saskatchewan Class 4 Driver's License or equivalent
- Current ITLS and CPR C Health Care Provider certification
- Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
- Strong interpersonal skills and availability for assigned shifts
