Become the Director of People & Culture for YMCA of the National Capital Region, a pivotal hybrid role focused on human resource strategy and community impact. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of People & Culture
• Create collaborative environments between management and staff
• Implement HR strategies and Labour Relations best practices
• Conduct training and compliance initiatives
• Manage union relationships and grievance resolutions

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR or Business
• CHRP certification or progress towards it
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR legislation
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Drive organizational improvement and community support with your HR expertise at YMCA.
