- 5-7+ years of RPA/automation technology experience, with strong hands-on UiPath experience.
- 3+ years of RPA Platform Engineering, Platform Administration, or Infrastructure experience.
- Strong experience with UiPath Orchestrator administration and production support.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
- Experience setting up and administering UiPath SaaS/Automation Cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AWS and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, SSL/TLS certificates, load balancing, databases, IAM, and service accounts.
- Experience with PowerShell and/or Linux shell scripting; Python experience is beneficial.
- Experience with platform monitoring, performance management, incident/problem management, changes, releases, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience participating in ARC/TDRC or equivalent architecture and technology governance reviews.
- Experience supporting Disaster Recovery exercises and Business Continuity requirements.
- Strong understanding of security, data privacy, access controls, logging, and audit requirements.
- Experience with REST APIs and application/bot integrations.
