Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with project teams for property acquisitions
• Negotiate with property owners effectively
• Review external appraisal reports for accuracy
• Prepare reports for regional real estate transactions
• Provide updated market data and trends
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant discipline
• Five years’ experience in municipal real estate
• Knowledge of real estate principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Geowarehouse Utilize your expertise in real estate, negotiation, and project management at Halton Region to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects.
