Bring detailed property evaluation and photography skills to Airbnb Luxe as a Home Consultant completing onsite assessments. This project operates as needed, with fluctuating assignment volume.
As an Airbnb Managed Services consultant, you will assess luxury homes, document conditions, and support Airbnb Luxe quality reviews. The work includes independent evaluations using provided guidelines and templates. You will also communicate with Hosts, coordinate scheduling through MediaBox and email, and submit accurate reports after consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite home consultations and property evaluations
- Capture photos and document property conditions
- Complete structured reports using provided guidelines
- Communicate professionally with Hosts
- Coordinate schedules and submit timely reports
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Phone or tablet for reports and photo uploads
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Stable internet connection and technical comfort
Support Airbnb Luxe quality standards through accurate assessments, professional Host communication, and dependable property documentation.
