As a Financial Reporting Specialist in the Vancouver Head Office, you become an integral part of the Accounting Services team, aiming for excellence in financial reporting and compliance. You will need a CPA designation and five years of pertinent experience to successfully conduct complex financial analysis and support organizational leadership across divisions. Managing stringent timelines and priorities will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Prepare and verify financial statements accurately
• Assist management with sound financial advice
• Reconcile and review general ledger accounts
• Design test cases for new financial systems
Requirements:
• Must hold a CPA/CMA, CPA/CGA, or CPA/CA
• Five years of relevant finance experience
• Familiarity with sensitive information handling
• Skill in project management
