This dispatcher and logistics lead controls how moving jobs execute in real time. The position covers daily scheduling, crew accountability, customer communication, payment collection, and preparation for the following day. You will also support onboarding, long-distance jobs, warehouse organization, and weekly operational meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch trucks and start every job on time
- Serve as customer contact during move-day issues
- Keep crews on schedule, paperwork, and payment standards
- Onboard and train new movers on job procedures
- Send daily updates and run weekly operations meetings
Requirements:
- High energy, reliability, and a results-driven approach
- Comfort holding crews accountable to operational plans
- Willingness to work extended weekdays and Saturday mornings
- Availability for after-hours operational calls
- Full driver's licence with insurance-approved driving record
