Source technical talent for Cohere’s Engineering and Research teams while working remotely or from Toronto, San Francisco, or London. Build pipelines and engage passive candidates.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will help expand Cohere’s Talent Acquisition function during its global growth. You will source technical candidates, partner with hiring managers and talent partners, and apply creative methods across engineering and research. The work requires market intelligence, relationship building, and data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture pipelines for Engineering and Research talent
- Engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners
- Maintain technical talent market and competitive intelligence
- Manage recruiting funnels, progress, and analytics in the ATS
Requirements:
- 5+ years sourcing technical engineering and research roles
- Experience sourcing across EMEA, United States, or similar markets
- Established network across business communities and industry leaders
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data and analytics for sourcing decisions
