Open Door Group (ODG), a mission-driven non-profit organization serving communities across British Columbia and Alberta, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team

Salary: This position has an annual salary range of $72,000.00 to $77,000.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Status: Full-time, temporary until March 31, 2027

Hours of Work: 36 Hours per week

Location: This position will be hybrid remote, with a primary work location of a home office and secondary work locations from our Open Door Group offices in Sechelt, Vancouver, Kamloops, Edmonton, or Calgary, depending on the successful candidate\'s location.

Open Door Group is looking for a collaborative and organized Marketing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing and communications function.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads a small team of Marketing Coordinators and serves as the central hub for marketing activity across the organization. You will help ensure marketing initiatives are well coordinated, aligned with organizational priorities, and delivered effectively across multiple programs and service areas.

This role blends team leadership, marketing coordination, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with internal teams to guide marketing initiatives that increase awareness of our programs and help connect more people to employment opportunities.

The position can be based in Sechelt, Vancouver, Kamloops, Edmonton, or Calgary, with a mix of remote and in-office work. Occasional travel and attendance at community events outside regular hours may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and support to Marketing Coordinators
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for Marketing Coordinators
  • Coordinate and prioritize marketing requests across multiple programs and service areas
  • Develop and maintain marketing workflows, processes, and systems to support efficient project delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership and program teams to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities
  • Provide marketing guidance to internal stakeholders on campaigns, program promotion, and community engagement
  • Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and meet accessibility and funder requirements
  • Review marketing deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across channels
  • Contribute directly to marketing projects when needed, including content development, campaigns, and promotional materials
