Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers
• Manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
• Collaborate on client engagement strategies
• Drive business development initiatives
• Provide guidance on Priority Client needs
Requirements:
• 10+ years in wealth management or online brokerage
• Completion of Canadian Securities Course and CPH
• Strong leadership skills in client-centric environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
