Coordinate digital and AI projects at Konrad by organizing complex work, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining momentum across client engagements.
As an Associate, Digital, you will coordinate projects within a consultancy delivering strategy, design, technology, and AI services. You will support requirements gathering, resource planning, and execution oversight across digital engagements. The work combines project management, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workflows across agile and multi-phase project implementations
- Maintain schedules, milestones, resources, scope, and budget tracking
- Drive operations across Design, Technology, and Strategy teams
- Capture meeting actions and communicate completion timelines
- Identify risks and resolve bottlenecks with team leads
Requirements:
- Experience managing projects within design or technical teams
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and project scope
- Effective client communication and stakeholder management experience
- Curiosity about AI and comfort using AI tools
