Key Responsibilities
• Manage Credit Analysts with onboarding and training programs
• Monitor team performance through customer interactions
• Collaborate with Collections and Sales teams on account issues
• Perform financial analyses to support business decisions
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 3+ years in a Credit or Collections leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and time management skills
