Coordinate wireline deployments for Rogers Business customers using Salesforce, Ethernet, IP technology, and SIP expertise onsite in Brampton. Manage orders, milestones, and customer communications across defined delivery intervals.
As a Customer Delivery Specialist, you will lead standard projects supporting Rogers for Business across Wireline, Data Centre, Internet of Things, and Service Migrations. The work includes wireline solutions, IP technology, SIP, Managed Wi-Fi onboarding, and existing-service MACD requests. You will coordinate internal and external resources, field technicians, customers, and cross-functional teams while supporting sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate Clean Order Package requests through Salesforce
- Coordinate resources to plan and execute delivery requirements
- Facilitate status meetings and oversee critical project milestones
- Communicate firm installation dates and delivery plans
- Confirm billing activation and service closure communications
Requirements:
- Two or more years in telecommunications, preferably Business to Business
- Knowledge of Rogers Business services, products, and procedures
- Knowledge of Ethernet, IP, SIP, MPLS, Wi-Fi, and UCC
- Proficiency with CBS, Salesforce TOM, and unified desktop
- Related postsecondary technology or telecommunications education
