Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently process VTC and online client orders
• Organize and execute packing for timely shipment
• Assess quality and correct labeling of products
• Securely handle incoming merchandise and returns
• Maintain accurate order tracking and systems updates
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Strong attention to detail in processing tasks
• Familiarity with order management software such as SAP
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken Support a luxury retail brand by ensuring every order reflects quality and service excellence.
