Role Summary
Littler LLP is expanding in Toronto, and we are seeking experienced lawyers to join our growing legal team. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1–6 years of experience practicing labour and employment law and must be called to the Ontario Bar. This role provides a chance to work on complex labour and employment issues, including client counseling, legal research, litigation strategy, and compliance training. Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for supporting employers in labour and employment matters. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range $140,000 to $245,000, contingent on relevant experience and education
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
- Generous compensation and benefits packages
