This full-time position involves working closely with team leads to manage workforce dynamics and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You’ll play a critical role in client interactions and develop strategies that enhance project effectiveness. With your significant mining operations experience, you will guide the workforce and foster a safety-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct and support crew teams to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality performance metrics
• Conduct Planned Work Inspections and Safe Work Observations
• Collaborate with clients on project requirements
• Facilitate incident analyses and safety strategies
Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Retention of a valid class five driver's license
• 10+ years supervisory experience required in mining
• Certification in CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO
