Audit batch records and release products as a Quality Assurance Associate with Teva in Stouffville, Ontario, working Tuesday through Saturday day shifts.
This 12 month contract supports on floor quality assurance and product release. You will review manufacturing, packaging, and testing documentation, maintain compliance with GMPs and SOPs, and evaluate quality incidents. The work includes electronic data review, deviation investigations, CAPAs, and cross functional communication. Experience with TrackWise, Oracle or SAP, LIMS, and Microsoft Office supports the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit batch records and release bulk or finished goods
- Complete final identification samples and audit notices
- Investigate deviations and determine product impact, root cause, and CAPAs
- Perform GMP audits, environmental monitoring, and documentation reviews
- Prepare quality shift reports and communicate batch release queries
Requirements:
- Canadian university science degree or recognized equivalent
- One year relevant Quality Assurance experience; three preferred
- Working knowledge of TrackWise, Oracle, SAP, LIMS, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, GDP, and data integrity
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze moderately complex problems
